Back to Basics, Loyal Retainers, Polymorph, Time Twister and True-Name Nemesis

after long debates we as the Archon Council decided to put Back to Basics, Loyal Retainers, Polymorph, Timetwister up for vote to unban those cards. Additionally you can vote on whether or not True-Name Nemesis should stay legal in Archon.
