the Archon Council decided to put several changes to the vote. You can vote on the following changes:
Adding a new rule to the definition of Archon:
Archon decks are not subject to the construction rule 903.5a. Instead each deck must contain at least 100 cards, including its commander. In other words, the minimum deck size is 100 and there is no maximum deck size.
