Of the 74 votes cast to decide whether Underworld Breach should be banned, 49 were in favour, 20 against and 5 were blank. This means 66% of the votes cast were in favour of this change.
Of the 74 votes cast to decide whether Inalla, Archmage Ritualist should be banned as a commander, 61 were in favour, 11 against and 5 were blank. This means 82% of the votes cast were in favour of this change.
